Interstate Grappling was founded with a mission to provide practical, effective grappling and defensive tactics training specifically for law enforcement and military personnel.
Our founder is an active law enforcement officer, instructor, and certified Gracie Survival Tactics (GST) instructor. He also actively trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and currently holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
